I thought the discussion over the interview questions was very good. It helps hear other points of view on why they would want to ask certain questions.
Also having the counselors in hearing what they can actually bring to a school building was helpful. It was nice to know that they are able to do more than class scheduling and give the PSAE Test.

I think the interview practice will be a great and relevant activity tomorrow. Dr Dyer from Moline discussed some of the same concerns the other night during our internship meeting- and many of his ideas for questions were exactly those things our group discussed when we were formulating our questions today. Since hiring is one of the most important activities a school administrator can do- I think this time will be well-spent.
